Refund policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Package Lost or Delayed
We can not be responsible for anything that happens with the USPS regarding lost, mis-delivered, or late mail once the order leaves our hands. If for whatever reason the order is not deliverable because your address is not correct in your profile La Maison du Monogramme is not responsible for the cost of reshipping nor responsible for the cost of lost orders.
